Charred Tenderstem® broccoli with Oriental Dressing

Bring a pan of water to the boil and gently simmer the Tenderstem® broccoli for around 3 minutes.

Place a griddle pan on high heat. Add the sesame seeds and toast until golden, taking care that they don’t burn. Transfer to a dish and set aside.

Drain the Tenderstem® broccoli and add to the griddle pan. Leave on a high heat until lightly charred, then turn and char on the other side.

In a small dish, mix the tamari, chilli flakes, garlic, ginger and pepper.

Place the Tenderstem® broccoli on a plate, add the toasted sesame seeds and a drizzle of the dressing and serve.
